But the rise of this platform economy is slowly coming under fire as well. The Delivery Executives associated with platforms like Zomato, Swiggy, Dunzo, Grofers and more, have recently been raising their voices to demand better working conditions and wages. And the conditions that they highlight show the dark side of an industry enjoying investor and public confidence.
