The Right to be Forgotten has become an important point of debate in the larger dialogue about Indian citizens’ right to privacy.
Against the backdrop of hundreds of applications to be forgotten, over the last few years, several high courts—Karnataka, Delhi, Madras, Odisha and more—have passed different judgements about this issue.
