Delhi-NCR and most of Northern India face the recurring bane of smog and pollution every year around the months of October and November. Delhi chokes and it becomes extremely difficult to breathe. The Delhi Govt. in response decided to re-implement the “odd-even” rule to bring down the number of vehicles on the roads with the aim to make Delhi breathe free but is that really the solution we need?
